WeldiPlast has developed many proprietary lean processes that utilize the latest state-of-the-art extrusion machinery and down-stream equipment.  A key component of this equipment includes real-time multi-axis laser inspection methods to ensure consistent diameter and shape of your plastic welding rod in triangle, flat or round shapes.

Round, triangle and flat shapes are stocked in sticks of 12” long.  (Other typical lengths of 24 inch, 36 inch and 48 inch are available at user requests.)  We also offer 1 pound up to 50 pound spools and reels for all plastic welding rods on sale. We welcome retail users and wholesalers in any industry.  Industrial and high-volume users should request free samples upon initial inquiry.
